Resilience & Human Performance

A trauma-aware, medically guided program for people carrying the physical and emotional impact of high-stress service, trauma, substance use, or a history of brain injury.

Medical responsibility. Individual context.

Veterans and first responders often live with experiences that do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis. Trauma exposure, sleep disruption, chronic stress, pain, substance use, and a history of traumatic brain injury can overlap in complex ways.

This program creates a private setting where those experiences can be approached with respect, careful medical screening, trauma-aware preparation, professional supervision, and a realistic continuing-care plan.

Ibogaine remains investigational. This program does not promise to cure PTSD, reverse TBI, or guarantee personal transformation. The first responsibility is to determine whether treatment may be medically appropriate for the individual.

Who this program is designed for

Built for people who are used to carrying the weight.

The program is shaped around the realities of high-stress service and the need for privacy, dignity, and individualized care.

01

Veterans

For veterans exploring an investigational option within a broader recovery, mental-health, or wellbeing plan.

02

First Responders

For firefighters, paramedics, law-enforcement personnel, and other responders affected by repeated exposure to critical incidents.

03

Trauma & PTSD

For people with trauma-related concerns who need a calm, respectful, and clinically responsible evaluation process.

04

TBI History

For people with a history of traumatic brain injury whose neurological, medication, and cardiovascular factors require careful review.

A whole-person framework

Resilience begins with a complete picture.

The program looks beyond a single symptom or event. Medical, emotional, behavioral, and everyday factors are considered together without replacing established care.

01

Medical foundation

Comprehensive history, medication and supplement review, laboratory testing, ECG, cardiovascular assessment, and additional evaluation when clinically indicated.

02

Trauma-aware preparation

A private preparation process centered on personal history, expectations, triggers, support needs, and clear informed consent.

03

Supervised experience

If medically eligible, treatment takes place in a controlled retreat environment with professional oversight, appropriate monitoring, and emergency preparedness.

04

Integration & performance

Continuing-care planning may address sleep, stress regulation, relationships, movement, purpose, recovery support, and a gradual return to daily responsibilities.

Preparation · Evaluation · Care · Integration

A process designed around readiness—not pressure.

Each stage protects the person, the decision, and the work that continues after the retreat.

01

Listen

Understand service history, health concerns, previous care, current challenges, and personal goals.

02

Assess

Review medical, neurological, cardiovascular, medication, and substance-use factors before considering treatment.

03

Prepare & supervise

Establish informed expectations, a support plan, and appropriate clinical monitoring if treatment proceeds.

04

Integrate

Connect the experience with therapy, medical care, community support, healthy routines, and practical next steps.

Safety & eligibility

Service history does not replace medical eligibility.

A history of trauma, PTSD, TBI, substance use, or prior treatment does not automatically determine whether ibogaine is appropriate. Eligibility depends on an individualized clinical evaluation.

Ibogaine can affect cardiac electrophysiology and may cause QT prolongation and dangerous arrhythmias. Neurological history, medications, supplements, cardiovascular status, and other risk factors must be reviewed carefully.
